Times depend on the calculation method. In Settings → Prayer Times you can choose the method, and your madhab for Asr and Isha. With automatic selection on, the method is chosen based on your location. In Oslo you can also use the İmam Bediuzzeman Mosque's timetable.

Make sure Bawerî is allowed in your phone's Settings → Notifications. Then turn on each prayer's notification in the app's Settings → Notifications.

Pull the home screen down to find your location again. If you'd rather not allow location access, choose your city by hand in Settings → Prayer Times.
